Original Comment I ordered my Holiday Cards on 11/6/23 and was supposed to receive them on 11/13/23. On 11/17/23 I found out that tUPS never received my shipment. Only the label was created. I contacted the customer support chat and a new order was posted which was supposed to be delivered today. I just found out that the same problem occurred again. UPS never received my order. What is super annoying is that now I won't be able to take a majority of the cards to Europe on my trip next week. Instead I have to mail the cards (if I ever receive them). An additional cost! Will never order from Snapfish again!!!
