Please contact me re: refund /credit for a hair salon purchased today 12/6/17. No appointments available until next year and in addition to the Groupon I would need to pay more because my hair is thick,& mid length. Your site sucks. I have tried repeatedly to order coupons but then it freezes my computer. Only site that does that. I have ordered a year ago and had complaints. Still no resolution to problems. How the heck do you stay in business????

I placed an order from Groupon on February 7, today is the 19th and I have yet to receive my order. I have tried unsuccessfully to track the package as well as contact Groupon. This is the worse site that I have EVER ordered from. Yes, the prices are considerably good but the BS one has to endure to receive your purchase or contact this company isn't worth the damn headache. Don't like Groupon and I am definitely going to make a complaint with BBB. Groupon is a friggen crooks.. They just steal your funds right off your credit card. Groupon SUCKS. I would much rather stick to purchasing from Overstock, Amazon, Macy's, etc...... I WANT WHAT I PURCHASED OR MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Your order number isplaced on December 23, 2014> I have contacted this vendor several rimes and he always say he is booked for at least two weeks and will call me when he can fit me in.. I know the Groupon rules but this is beyond ridiculous. I want you to refund my money because you sold me a Groupon that I am unable to redeem. Also, by the way I was put on a virtual hold this morning at 11:00 AM and my call has not been returned. So, I called back an hour later and have been on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes. This also is totally not acceptable. What's up? I expect more from you. I want my call returned at. And I expect to speak to a supervisor.

I purchased a groupon coupon at approximately 2:30 p.m. today (February 15, It is now 5:41 pm. I immediately called the customer number because I wanted 4 coupons and the site only gave me one and said the coupons are sold out. The purpose of my call was to immediately cancel. Well that turned into a nightmare, because each agent that came on the line said they are not trained in that area and transferred me to the getaway agent line that no one picked up. I had two phones and one return call back number it took over 3 hours for someone to help me navigate to an agent although she was not trained. I am waiting for a resolution on my full refund. I am very angry and disappointed. I though groupon was reliable and would like to believe they respect their customers. I am asking for an immediate response to my cancel and full refund request.

My name is Kevin Pollard from London,Ont.I bought a deal through Groupon for the Water Park in Niagara Falls Canada.When I talked to Customer Service talking to Becky she was AMAZING but was limited to what she can do so after a 30min transfer to the manager GEORGE he was useless and never even tried to resolve the problem since it has a big website error.This seems to just be a SCAM.When I booked the waterpark it did not give me an second option on packages so I did not realize I did not get the water park so now it cost me $35pp.I have friends live in Niagara Falls I could have stayed at for FREE ,why would I just book a room.

Someone hacked into my Groupon account that I haven't used in about 5 years. They charged $600 to my account and changed my email address. Got an email from groupon confirming my purchase and another one changing my email address. So now I can't get into my account because I have no idea what it is. Groupon just let's people change someone's email account without verifying first that it is the actual person. Then they say in the email if I didn't make this change to click on the link and email them. I click on the link and i have to enter my email address - which I don't have because Groupon allowed someone to change it. Have contacted my bank about the charges. Trying to contact Groupon to close my account but I can't get through to anyone. If anyone knows how I can close my groupon account because i can't get into my account, please let me know.

The customer service for your company is in one word-HORRIBLE.
I called and was told that I would recieve a response and until I called, there was none. I had to go the product ordered at full retail price because of the need. I was told that a refund would be issued within ten days, but yet if I was to make a purchase, it would be taken within minutes---it should be refunded within 24 hours, or is this a case of buyer beware---you might get it, or you may not, but we got your money, now try and get it back.

How do I reach corporate? Customer service is totally unhelpful, and I want to speak to whoever is in charge of customer relations. This is an urgent matter, and the only phone number on any apge of your website is 3 which has said "lines are temporarily busy for so long I think they don't connect at all!

You may keep my 5$ and you can give it to your CEO to wipe his As_ with. I will never use this site for anything but negitive posts and i will do so both on Mondays and Fridays of each week. Why is there no descent customer support at Groupon? I purchased a photo book Groupon late last year so I could create a gift for my husband on his birthday or father's day. I only kept the code, not the orginal email, so I could remind myself. Several days ago I login into My Account and oh, surprise, my code did not appear. Like many of you I contacted Customer Support via email, and I am tired of wasting my valuable time dealing with slow and lousy customer service. A simple question "the code I emailed, is it associated with a photo book purchase"....no answer, just more I'm sorry and can you do this and can you send me this and can you answer all the questions below. Another reason we stopped using Groupons for the theater I manage. We create our on discounts.

have been a loyal customer with your company for a long time. If you pull up my account, you will be able to see how much money I have spent with you. I will never spend a dime with you again. No wonder your company stock gets such a bad rap in the news. I called your customer service line because I purchased a 25 dollar groupon to a restaurant in San Diego that I was not able to use because I WAS ONLY THERE FOR 3 DAYS and they had no availability. I asked for credit to use on your website, the customer service rep declined and transferred me to Courtney F WHO IS A SUPERVISOR. Please pull this call if you can. She was very condescending. She told me that the fact that I am a loyal customer or I have spent so much money with you is irrelevant. Really? If you are going to decline my request, do it without trying to make me feel like you don't care that I choose to click on your website every day and send my money to you. I am okay with being told that something can't be done but she was unprofessional and needed up hanging up on me. Really? I have no motivation to sue you guys anymore. Totally uncalled for. Thanks.

I am upset that Groupon will no longer post deals involving weapons classes (e.g. concealed carry), etc., thus, this action tells me the corporation is anti-2nd ammendent.

While I will not cancel my subscription, and hurt my family by the program's money-saving deals, I will be deleting anything from Groupon for a while without reading the deals to see if there is a policy change. I will have plenty of available deals from their competitors. don

Just wanted let you guys know how grateful my family is to your company. Because if groupon a business had a discount for heart scan that my brother couldn't pass up because it was cheaper then his insurance and that scan saved his life! He was diagnosed with a heart disease called " the Widow Maker" and because of this usually undected disease he got the necessary surgery to correct it at a 70% blockage of his main artery! So thank you for being available to the masses! Our family has given you a new poster child for Groupon!

I am also having all sorts of problems trying to get a refund. If a customer cannot get what he/she paid for, then a refund should be immediate and without all the hardship. I am so stressed that I also am considering legal action for all the emotional distress!

Groupon Customer Service is a nightmare. I've been dealing with an issue for OVER A MONTH, nearly two. I purchased two mattresses via Groupon Goods on Nov. 21st - the order listed that I'd be contacted within 10 days for delivery. Over two weeks later, I was in contact with Groupon because I kept trying the warehouse for delivery and they finally got the company to agree to a delivery date. My mom took a half-day off from work, and NO COMPANY - NO PHONE CALL, NO NOTHING. I called Groupon again to complain, and got several emails back and forth with a promise of a redelivery. They did come back, but with ONE MATTRESS. I refused delivery and contacted Groupon again. I was out over 1200 dollars for over a month and received a refund for just one mattress over two weeks ago. Repeated calls and emails and discussions with SEVERAL customer reps still haven't yielded me my full refund. My compensation for all this terrible trouble, interest charged to my account, and aggravation???? 30 Groupon dollars. This is ridiculous. I am considering legal action at this point and vow not to purchase another item from them again.

I love Groupon and am launching a new business. I called them intent on selling via Groupon. But they said I didn't fit one of their categories so I can sell using Groupon. Groupon told me they have no way of searching to find another similar business that has used them, and I should go to Google to see if I could find one. Groupon told me to go online and fill out their form and "in a couple of months we may be able to do something." I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told "they are on the phone" so I asked to leave a message. Yipes!!

On Monday, 29-10-2012 I posted that I was very unhappy with Groupon and the way they were treating me(exchange of Groupon). Well I received the Notebook yesterday and today, Kelly contacted me and said that I can keep the perfume(that I was suppose to return to Groupon) as a goodwill gesture. Well, I am speechless. Sooo very happy the way things have turned out. Thank you Kelly and Groupon. You really came through for me.

I bought 2 groupons for perfume. I then saw a deal for an Acer notebook. I contacted Groupon and asked if I could cancell the perfume and get the notebook instead. I received an email to confirm that everything was in order. My credit then disappeared from my account and i made an eft for the difference.

I then received an email saying that the deal did not go through because I did not pay in time.

After a lot of phone calls, requests and emails, i received a phone call and an email to let me know that i will receive the notebook in a weeks time.

Well, that week, I received the perfume that was cancelled. I do not even know what happened to the credit that I had. I spoke to one of the supervisors a week ago(thinking that I was going to get some joy out of groupon) about the query and guess what....I AM STILL WAITING FOR HER TO COME BACK TO ME.

I purchased four groupons in the past month that completly vanished from my account in the last week. Two of which were for my son's third birthday party tomorrow that I have been charged for and cant access. I sent an email yesterday with no response from groupon. Ineed a refund or credit for 2 certificates. The person MARY does not return calls. Groupon sent me a email that if there was a problem to notify you. I assume other loyal customers of Groupon have had the same problem with this specific vendor.
