Original Comment I applied for a re-fi on our mortgage in August. I had to call them each time I had not heard in a while. The last time I heard was in August and this is October I called today and my processor said that it fell through the cracks and yes it was ready to be signed and closing should be next week. What kind of bank is this? What kind of people work here?
