Original Comment I am really upset with autoZone. I own a Lexus that I drive several times a week. I had to purchase a battery in july, because mine was dead. the receipt said they would replace the battery within a year. Well, here it is december 24th, and guess what? My battery was dead. My son took the battery back and they told him there was a dead cell, as he replied" yes I know i checked". He told them to replace the battery according to the receipt. They told him they could not, so they charged it up and gave it back. I, of course being older am afraid to be caught out late at night for fear the battery will die. It had a dead cell, and it should not have had that being so new. I too will not do business with them as they do not hold up their promise on the receipt. By the way, the store that refused is located in Pearland, Texas. Susan
