I would never use them again I have always used them. I used my last 80 and booked a hotel to only hear that I have to call a number leave a voice mail and never received a phone call I express to the manager that I will have to sleep in my car (Debbie T) that cant give out her full name or employee number. She was rude enough to tell me thats a risk I took the risk with knowing I might sleep in my car. And she was no help she didn't even try to help me on what to do I told all my f riends and family and im telling the world DONT USE HOTWIRE......
