To who ever reads this, On 2/15/2013 somewhere between 7am-8 I tried to download Mcafee antivirus protection into pc. It would not download, so I called a tec supporter who was nothing but sarcastic. This person should be fired over remarks she was making.I was on the computor for over an hour and nothing work. I took the Mcafee antivirus back and bought something different. I put it in with no problem. The smart ass person on the phone with me recorded this. You should be able to access it . THANKS
