Original Comment We called your auto loan office and requested the pay off on my wife's car and were told an amount and then we were told we have to use western union to make the transaction we then call and made the transaction which cost over $17. Then we were told that it didn't get posted in time and to pay another $17 +to payoff. it seems to me when one of your officials tell you a payoff amount then thats what it should be. if there is no response from your office I plan on Contacting the local news station to see they will show how your company does business to make money
