Original Comment I was in your store yesterday and met the nicest young lady that helped me as soon as I walked in, she did not pass me on to someone else her name was Diana Steffen, she resolved all my issues and was very patient with me she helped me set up my itune account and explained how it works and set up my face time with my 7yr old ipod so we can face time when iam in the hospital and set it up so we have different accts, She spent almost 30 min. and did not show any frustration I was really surprised on how she maintained her self and her enthusiasum on showing me how the Iphone all works and showed me a couple of tricks on the phone. I have to say you have a well trained employee on your hands and a friendly smile on her face. Thank you for offering this service as I was hesitant on getting the Iphone as I had the Droid before.
