Original Comment I bought a Harley Ultra Classic trike in 2012 from Barb's Harley in Mt. Ephraim, N.J. BIG MISTAKE!!! They are only interested in selling, service is horrible. <br /> I am a person with a disability. Their master technician told me, if I bought the bike he could make the accommodations necessary for me to be able to ride. I took him at his word and bought the bike. They installed a device called a Kliktronic shifter which eliminated a foot shifter and replaced it with a thumb shifter. As a result, the clutch slips upon acceleration in every gear. I have had it back to them numerous times and still the clutch slips. The first clutch burned out after riding it only 50 miles. Yesterday I was rear ended by another biker because I couldn't accelerate to get out of the way fast enough due to the clutch slipping and not engaging. Fortunately I was not hurt. I have been riding motorcycles for 40 years and know how they are suppose to work. This Harley is the worst bike I have ever owned and Barb's is the worst service department I have ever dealt with.
