Original Comment absolutely useless....<br /> Customer support does not have the tools to support your phone problems.<br /> Spent 12 hours on the phone over two days to:<br /> 1) transfer my Net10 number that was registered to my Samsung Net10 phone... <br /> Without success since the Android phone was faulty.<br /> After talking to customer support for approximately 90 minutes and discussing the faulty equipment they had deactivated my original phone.<br /> 2) Spent another 8 hrs attempting to transfer withouut success to another new, never activated personal standby Samsung Net10 phone while being assisted by their customer support center in Guatemala........<br /> May you be so fortunate that you NEVER need their support.<br /> THEY MAY TOUT THEIR PRODUCT AS A COMPETITOR TO OTHER COMMUNICATION COMPANIES..... HOWEVER THEY FALL VERY SHORT of being able to DELIVER...<br /> DO NOT BUY THEIR INFERIOR PRODUCT.. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR........!!!!!
