Original Comment Order placed 8-12-13. I tried to track my order and found out from customer service that as of today it still has not been shipped. I emailed customer service. The response was we will send you an email once your order has been shipped and then it will be 5-7 days before you receive your order. This is unacceptable. When placing the order on 8-12-13 it stated I would receive the order in 4-7 days and now 8-15-13 was told it has not even been shipped as of yet and they do not know when it will be.
