A tree fell on our house 7 weeks ago and USAA has not been able to contact adjuster in a timely manner so here we sit in a Holiday Inn waiting and waiting. My husband is a 76 year old veteran and this is the way they treat veterans-what a bold faced lie.<br /> Mr.Robles-you should be ashamed of your company and their mistreatment of veterans.<br /> Can anyone help us???????????????
