I am from virginia beach va, and i was in new york city last couple of week in August in Bellevue Hosp hospice care. by my mother's side during her last days my family and I spent a lot of time during those wks. ordering out on 8/23/2013 5:58 pm my brother Anthony ordered from Chipotle via on line and I went to pick up the order I was not aware that my brother had also paid for the order online as well when I went to pick up the order I had added and extra meal I mentioned prior I was not aware that my brother had paid online for prior order when I check out I gave cashier Wessly my credit card and she charged me again for the order my brother paid for in line with the additional order I added I called when my brother had stated that he paid and spk to Alexis she stated that I will see a refund within the next couple of days this didn't occur my mother passed away on 8/28 and I have been grieving but I have ck'd my acct for the refund I called again on 9/8 and spk to Vincent and he told me to call a mgr. I left a message and I called the store again today and spk to Clifford . This wouldn't have bother me much if were less than 10$ but me I paid 40.75 and my bother also paid that's double . I believe this is the transaction on 8/28/2013 . The right and honest thing to do is refund my money as I mention I live in Virginia Beach . I was never told to go back to the store a get my refund that was just mentioned to me today by Clifford , Alexis stated it would be refund within 2 business days and now it seems as if I'm getting the run around .. Please assist in resolving this matter. Thank you
