Original Comment I have been going to the same Supercuts at Forest Hill & Military Trail in West Palm Beach, Fl. for the past 10 yrs. My partner has been going there for 15 yrs. The two of us went in there at 3pm on Saturday Oct.5,2013. There were 2 Hispanic hairdressers and 1 Caucasian hairdresser working. One of the Hispanic hairdressers, is the lady who has been cutting my hair for 10 yrs. There were 2 Hispanic lady customers that came in after us and 4 total Caucasian customers. They had Spanish music playing on the radio when we walked in. I asked the manager (Karen Analy Forrester)in a nice way if she could change the music. She simply said, "No, I can't," in a very condecending way. I was very upset. I said," is the music for the customers or for you?" She totally ignored me from that point on. I think that was very inappropriate. She needs customer service training. She stormed out of the salon and didn't even say goodbye to the other hair stylists. I really hope you address this issue.
