Original Comment OUr unit has been in the shop a couple of times every year. We were made to pay for shipping on warranteed parts. (over $250) We waited for one parts for over 4 months. We also spoke to "Bill" He is VERY rude! I accused me of just wanting a new mower! The repair shop faught for us on our behalf and told us that our problem was a design flaw and they knew it! I think we should all get together in a class action law suit. People sue for rediculous things these days and I think it is wrong but this is one time it would be appropriate.
