Original Comment I just had to close my account due to having no access to my account. I had an available funds of over $100.00 in my account and checks that I wrote were sent back. One was for my light bill and now I have returned fees on these checks as well as my lights getting cut off and now I have to pay a reconnect fee. I am very upset with this bank's service and I am irate about the unexpected fees I now have to pay due to this matter. How do you advise I respond to this issue?
