Original Comment Dericka Bielecki-Prichard, the manager at the Franklin, Ohio store exceeded my expectations along with over 4,000 people that have read my comments on PAWS Adoption Facebook page. The entire staff goes out of there way to accommodate everyone that shops at that store. You are very lucky to have employees like them and I just wanted you to know. I went in the store to purchase an exercise pen which they did not have, however, said they could get from another store and I could get it in a couple of days. Then an hour later I receive a call from Derrick and she driving to another store to get it so that I could have it the same day. That is customer service. I will always shop there. She also has in the past made sure she had a special treat that my dog can only have.
