Original Comment I have had many problems most have been to reolved by returning to store that I purchased my windows 8 laptop.(Staples) I just called Samsung tech which of course answers out of US. It seems that whenever you call them they tell you that you have a very bad virus. Last time I took PC back to store and they said there was no virus, now they are now telling me the same thing.Of course they want quite a bit of money to fix it. Last time they anted over $200.I asked to speak to manager he said he was manager, asked to speak to someone in the United States he said I was not authorized!Is this the way Samsung operates?
