Original Comment I have used trip advisor for many years and have always trusted your comments and reviews. I recently wrote my first review. It was a negative review about El Faro in Playa del Carmen. We and many others were conned into buying a Vacation Club membership, by people representing El Faro. It turned out to be a scam and we lost money and our Marriot Timeshare.<br /> <br /> You posted my review and several others that warned vacationers to &quot;be careful&quot; because the same people that fooled us were still selling weeks out of the same condo at El Faro, even though the HOA claimed no responsibility.<br /> <br /> The HOA also refused to honor 100's of reservations made by their maanagement company. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> My question is why has Trip Advisor deleted my review and other reviews that have warned vacationers about this situation???<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I now have to question how much I can trust the reviews you keep posted!<br /> <br /> I would like to speak to a real person about this.
