Yesterday, 13 March, I went to the store at around 2pm to have some laminating done. There was a line *5 people at least, at the counter, so I decided to come back later. I arrived at 6:20pm. No line, however the ONLY technician was busy with a customer looking at pictures on a computer...one at a time, and she was trying to decide which ones she wanted. There was a gentleman in the back of the workspace doing a package of some sort. He saw me and returned to the closet room...where I guess employees only work. I waited at least 10 minutes..patiently.

Finally I went to the lady at the cash register at the front of the store...told her what I needed. She tried to put me off, but realized I was not happy and called the guy out of the "closet" room. He then helped me. Every time I go to this Office Depot, mainly to get things laminated, this happens. There is no plan to help customers...it is all about one person at a time, if the person takes an hour, then so be it!!!! Very frustrating...businesses don't make money like this. Very poorly organized, run, however you want to put it. I was told after asking for help "they are a customer"...of course I appreciate that fact, but hey Manager, I am a customer too! I felt I was being ignored, avoided...and then made to feel bad because I asked for help. Guess I will be using the Staples Store from now on.

Manager that evening: Melanie

Technician helping a customer: Jeremiah at least he did say I will help you when I can...which did not happen

Back room closet guy was Patrick...nice after forced to do the job. and there was another guy in the store doing other stuff...who knows there may have been even more 'doing stuff'...this store does 'stuff' and ignores live breathing customers.

When I left the store..they were all very nice to me...hmm? Very nice.....
