Original Comment This is a terrible corporation!!!!! I joined the gym in 2010 and went into the gym a few months later because I was moving out of town and needed to cancel my membership. According to there policy if you move you can cancel your membership. I went in there, filled out the paper and they made a copy of my new lease where I was moving. The payments stopped coming out of my bank account so I assumed that everything was taken care of just fine. WELL THEY DIDNT TAKE CARE OF IT!!! I recently got a copy of my credit report and seen that there was a 934 dollar bill on my credit report! I called the Golds gym that I joined to ask them about this. The lady transferred my call to the collection company and they said that they only can go by the contract and that the paper that I filled out when I moved was supposed to be mailed certified to the financial team. WHY DIDNT THEY TELL ME THAT WHEN I FILLED IT OUT INSTEAD OF TAKING THE FORM AND MY LEASE????? This needs to be corrected ASAP!!! This is not fair!! Please fix this on my credit!!!!
