My bills are always paid on time. I have never had a shut-off notice or a late payment: but today I have NO POWER. I am the only one on the block and in the area with no power! Customer Service employees are very curt, uncaring and down right rude! There is no storm damage in my area. The meter is not responding. Customer Service state my home is on a different link from my entire block and neighborhood. How is that possible? It appears that DTE has erroneously shut-off my power! I was told by DTE customer service to "call in the morning." I need my computer for an online 8:00 AM interview for a promising job position and my power is out causing me not to be available for the second half of my interview. I am thoroughly disgusted with DTE.
