Hello, I order from my local pizza hut because I love the pizza and so does my family. But today and the order prior to today was very unsatisfactory. I order online, I spend close to $50 or more when I order. The prior order was a mess. My order was not correct so I called and asked to speak with a manager. The manager reassured me that I would get credit for a miss sent delivered pizza. I was not at all happy but I took him for his word. I didn't place my order for several weeks because of this mistake. I decided to treat my family today. I made my online order. $52.52 I was suppose to get credit for a Pizza and also $5 off purchase of $20. These where not credited to my purchase. I called my pizza hut and spoke with a manager. She said there was a credit to my account of $15 but I could not receive this because my order was placed online I would have to pay the full price. This was never told to me previously. She said there was absolutely nothing she could do. I asked her for a corperate # she told me she did not have the number. I said so you are refusing to give me the # she said again she didn't have Corp's #. I asked if she could get it for me she then repeated herself but added they are very busy and didn't have time to get it for me. She tried to say something but I hung the phone up. I found the #,so I called and canceled my order. I will NOT do ANY kind of business with the local pizza hut until this is straightened out.
