it's impossible to reach anyone - I keep getting the Phillipines and India -<br /> they say someone in the US will call me. No one ever does.<br /> Your LA stores have very little Natural Balance product. I have gone to three petco stores repeatedly over three weeks and they say it is a warehouse product and that they never know what they are getting. HUH?<br /> Natural Balance has the stock - do you not talk to your stores about inventory? Very iffy operation - customer service is a misnomer.
