Original Comment When a company this large treats its paying customers like they don't exist, it is time to cancel my membership. There is a huge technical problem affecting a majority of the members for over a week, but they don't even acknowledge the problem. To make matters more frustrating, they don't oversee what the Moderators are doing on their forum. One moderator deletes every post I submit. Others are posting the same thing, but only my posts are deleted. I have been a paying customer for about five years and that was the last straw for me. I refuse to pay for a service that allows someone to single me out and take away my freedom to speak my mind.
