Original Comment This is my second year in a row that I have tried to place a layaway order with issues. I did an online layaway today at 4:28 I agreed to my terms and payment schedule. I submitted my first payment. Turns out only one item was able to be purchased through layaway. Instead of notifying me it just charged my card!Which overdrew my checking acct causing a $38 charge. I called customer service immediately and they said my order was processed. I asked to speak to a manager which wouldn't help either. 5 mins after I got off the phone I got an email that my order was shipped. Impossible!! I called UPS to check and of course they had nothing for it. I am going to my bank to have these fraudulent charges reversed in the morning. My advice to you is to not ship the items. If they get delivered to my home, I will make no effort to return them to your store. Especially knowing I have not paid for them because I have called and emailed your company. Just so you are well aware I will never shop kmart or sears and I will tell everyone I know
