Original Comment I work out at Briargate Golds Gym and I have to say that the GM there Crystal Hardy has done nothing except make me and some other members feel very uncomfortable. Not only has people left that gym and gone to another one, but people have stopped being a member because of her. She handles situations very unprofessionally and does not keep her private life away from her job. I am ready to get out of my contract because of her as well as three other members. I would hope corporate cares enough about their company to solve this issue. That gym is full of drama.
