Original Comment Worst store ever!!! Why is kmart the only place in the world that won't take a payment over the phone. I've made every payment online and I'm down to my last payment and it won't let me pay it!! My kids christmas is going to get put back on the shelves and I'm going to lose all my money that I have paid, and no one can help me. I even explained that I can't leave the house because my mother in law is bed bound and they just said oh well, can you take a taxi. Seriously!!! That's what the corporate office told me! I'm never shopping at kmart again. I would rather shop at goodwill. At least they have more employees working and they are always polite and try to help. Won't be shopping at Sears either!! Thanks for nothing Kmart. I even asked to speak to the president or vp of kmart but bit was a no go of course.
