Original Comment Went to Kmart on veterans in Metairie, La on 11/25/14 to spend some reward dollars that I had. As I was checking out the girl was ok. Then processed my payment as cash even though I wasn't using any payment but my reward dollars. I swiped my card as to not hold the line up anymore. Then she calls for help because she pressed cash instead of charge. She then told me I needed to pay cash. I said I don't have cash and I'm guessing a leader over the cashiers came and said she would rering it up and took my receipt. Then proceeded to help others before helping me. By this time I'm getting aggrevated due to my kids are ready and once is crying. She never spoke to me but just voided and errand on register. Very rude. No customer service skills at all or didn't care. I asked for a manager and it took him over 25 mins to come to the service desk. While still doing my return nothing was said about the 6 dollars but that I had to pay a dollar. Finally I got my receipts and was still waiting for the manager. He finally showed up and could care less my kid was crying and the difference I was told to pay. He didn't try to figure out my receipts but gave me 6 dollars out of register and left it at that. Very unprofessional cashiers and managers. I will never shop this store again. Very unorganized and very rude workers. They are there for the check but don't really wanna work. Very slow when they have to walk places or anything. Look forwarding to hearing back from someone about this.
