this is thanksgiving day,i went to the day sales at your store this morning.when i got to the register to pay, my first fiasco was with the charges.the cashier wanted to charge me for the full amount of certain items.we had that some what corrected.still could not get the amount correct so i went to customer service to get it right.went through the whole ordeal again(fiasco#2),at customer service they narrowed it down thought they had it right.get all the way home start balancing my check book,looking at the charges they over charged me again ojn an item they did not know was on sale(so they say),made trip #3back to your storeto get it corrected again.now this final attemp is my last one and to let you all know I WILL NOT SHOP AT YOUR STORE EVER AGAIN.i find it piss poor operation and if thats how K MART MAKES THIER BUSINESS I CANT BELIEVE PEOPLE WOULD WANT TO SHOP THERe.im a veteran who served and to be treated like this makes me wonder what our country is comming to.your store number is3845.its a shame that corporate had to be notified of this action.this was the worst shopping experience i have ever had will not shop at another kmart ever
