Original Comment They took my kids Christmas from me. I was told I had 10 days after your layaway payment is due to make a payment and when I got ready to pay it today they said they did not know who told me that but that's not true. She told me if you don't pay it on the day it's due then they put it back but I know that's a lie because I have been late making a payment before. I do the best I can. I was trying to do the smart thing this year by putting my kids Christmas on layaway back in October. I have already paid $250 or more and only owed !40 and when I called today to let them know I would be up there to make a payment, they told me they put my kids Christmas back. Now what am I suppose to tell my kids about why they don't have any presents or clothes. I advise you to never shop at the Kmart in Statesville, NC. My name is Roshawn Walker and this will be a very un merry Christmas for me and my kids. I had them $350 worth of clothes and shoes, and now I have nothing.
