I placed an order on a doll house for my niece on 12/21/14. I was told it would arrive on 12/24 in time for Christmas. I called back on 12/25 because it never arrived. I then spoke to a rep who said it would arrive on 12/29. They Ruined my nieces x-mas but it gets worse. I called ever day since and I was told be several reps that due to k-mart's mix up to call them when the dollhouse arrives and as a courtesy they would refund my gift card the full amount. Wait it gets worse. Today at 2:30 AM 1/2/15 I get an email from k-mart saying that due to a k-mart system error my order has been cancelled and they gave me a refund? But what happened to the courtesy refund? Now you want me to place the order again. I spoke to a manager named Fernando employee number 410623 and he stated. This is all we are going to do for you. So now I'm stuck without the dollhouse and have to we 2 to 5 weeks for a refund! I have been shopping with k-mart.com but for a long time but after this nightmare I will never spend another red cent with them!
