Original Comment This is in regards to one of your Pizza Hut facility located at 1545 S. Havana St.Aurora, CO 80012 (303) 745-9353. On December 24, 2014 between 1 and 2 Pm I walked in and ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza on one of the new favored crusts. When I got home I discovered I did not get the pizza I originally ordered. I called and spoke to Tammy to complain, not once but twice an was told I would have a credit for $7.99. Today at 9:20 am I ordered on line the same type of pizza and said I would pick it up at 1:30 pm. When I got there I was rudely told I did not have a credit nor did I order a pizza. The woman told me to leave and not return. This was in front of several other customers who came in after I did. When I got home I fond the email response from the Pizza Hut facility in Aurora CO. I am demanding a written apology from this employee and well as the manager of the store! I will never again purchase a pizza from Pizza Hut nor will anyone in my family! I do not appreciate being called a liar in front of a bunch of strangers or being made a fool of. This is the lousiest customer service and Pizza Hut should be ashamed for hiring this type of person!
