It ha taken me 3 days to get an automatic delivery order placed. Tried to do it on line but could not connect my rewards card to the automatic shipment. Called their customer servicer number was told that there were computer problems and they would email me them same day after they corrected the issue. No email was received. Tried ordering 4 items on line yesterday.. same problem. Called customer service ..talked to a female who had no idea what was going on..she laughed at inappropriate times..in the background it sounded like a party was in motion. After 1/2 hour of repeating myself and being informed that it would be only one more minute I hung up the phone and regained my composure. I was told that I would be given a 20% discount and credited $5 towards my purchase by this female. Later in the evening I called again and spoke to a male. I asked to speak to a supervisor as it was my intent to make a complaint and then place an order. I was not given access to a supervisor. This person was more professional but it still took over 30 minutes to process the order. I was concerned after I was transferred to give my credit card info and transferred back to compete the order as I was told that the card had gone through. Then I was given the last 4 numbers of my card along with the expiration date which were incorrect. I was transferred back to enter the info again.<br /> <br /> IT MAY BE CHEAPER TO SEND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS OVERSEAS BUT IT DOES NOT MAKE FOR A HAPPY CUSTOMER. SUGGEST THAT THE POWERS THAT BE TRY PLACING AN ORDER
