Someone has created a Facebook account using my organizations name. We have tried on numerous occasions and several ways to have the existed account abandoned or the existing account linked to our corporate email address - to no avail. I have completed the recommended steps and provide company information. Still to no avail. What is my next recourse. Is there someone in customer services (where I'm yet to reach a human being) to assist my company with this.
