To whom it may concern; 2/23/2015
All my life I drove a jeep, and that is why I went and purchased a brand new jeep, but this time I have a very bad experience with jeep all together!...
I purchased a brand new Jeep Cherokee sport 2015 on 01/19/2015, the engine light went on, and my transmission broke after 1 week, went to the dealership service on 1/29/2015 and they were working on my car from 1/29/2015-2/11/2015 my reason for bringing the car in for service was "INTERMITTENT BUMP FEELING WHEN RELEASING ACCELERATOR, TRANSMISSION FAILURE"... Then as I picked up the car drove for 200 miles and had to bring it back for service do to transmission issues again on 02/17/2015 REASON; " CLICKING NOISE WHEN VEHICLE SHIFTS AND BUMPS FORWARD WHEN BREAKING", once they fixed it I picked up my car on 2/18/2015 drove another 100 miles and once again the engine light went on and transmission was acting weird, when I put in drive it was reversing and every time I break, the car adds speed and bumps forward... I bring the car back on 02/23/2015 and waiting... This is the third time and I am tired of it, because it seems like I only have the car for a weekend to test drive it and then I am out of a car for week or two. the reason I went to buy a brand new car was to be able to drive it, enjoy it, and have a car in my possession and not at the mechanic every week, because so far I only get to drive my brand new car on the weekends and once Monday comes I have to drop it off at the mechanics again, this car is very dangerous to drive, I have a child who also has medical issues and I need a car to take him to doctors as well, and I cannot put my son in this dangerous car. Basically I am paying for a car that I don't have...
