Original Comment My husband, n I order Lot online for delivery. (Since our car is in shop) it's easier on us. I just ordered the 3topping special with the quepapas. I call back store, and asked how many came in order she says 15, I said I got 13. She goes I'll make a note on account for next time. I said ok, thank u. We hung up. I called back 3 minutes later cause I had asked for extra sauce, (since the crust is always burnt) I told her I asked for extra sauce, I got it very light sauced. She proceeds to tell me that she made the pizza, and she put extra sauce. I said no, not on mine. She gets, louder with me on phone. Then she tells me, I already put a credit for your quepapas, I'm not doing it for pizza. I tried telling her, I wanted it remade, or extra sauce delivered. She says I can go get it my self, I tell her I don't have my car right now, that's why I got it delivered, she gets even louder, n says not my fault, and hung up on me. Nice job on hiring managers pizza hut! I'm a restaurant store manager, and if one of my employees, or even a manager talked to a guest like that, they would be FIRED!!
