Went to Arby's in Wtakins Glen,NY for a diet root beer on 03/08/2015 @ 5:32pm. I pulled up to the electronic customer service tower,On the first attempt Samantha asked me if i would like to try a promotional sandwich they were offerring for nearly 60 seconds.Then,I politely asked Samantha if they carried the diet root beer flavor at this location ? The was no answer for at least 2 minutes at all.on the second attempt I once again asked if this location had diet root beer flavor soda ? Still another pause for nearly 3 more minutes and then i attempted a 3rd time , asking if they do or do not have the diet root beer flavor ?? Right after my third attempt Samantha ,in a rude tone, Stated &quot;Y E S W E D O !!!&quot; My girlfriend and I thought it was terrible drive thru customer service, so My girfiend said I'll handle it since she was so rude to you, So My girlfriend went inside to see why Samantha was so Rude to us in the drive thru ? Come to find out the manager of this Arby's location in Watkins Glen,NY was indeed &quot;Samantha&quot; herself.So My Girlfriend was asking why she was so delayed and then Rude to us in the drive thru ? Her answer &quot;She stated it was a fact that she did not hear me place my order three consecutive times....<br /> So My girlfiend then stated &quot; So why is it when you did hear My boyfriend ask if you had the diet root beer flavor, you used a very rude tone while it made us feel extremely upset ? Make no mistake the tone Samantha used was indeed &quot;Rude&quot; as she answerred with delay between answered words returned to me exasperating the tone of being rude. <br /> This is certainly no way to treat a paying customer to Arby's at All. I have religiously patronized this location by Arby's in the past. However I am considering switching dining locations because Arby Corporate offices apparently do not care whether I was so poorly treated as a patron customer because they employ such a bad image with regards to customer service in the drive thru location at watkins Glen,NY. I suggest Corporate contact me ASAP before i make my mind up to switch to the alternative dining location to seek a more positive experience. If nothing gets resolved I will not only never return for repeat patronidge , but I will also spread this experience to every single person I come into contact with.
