Original Comment To Whom it may concern!<br /> There has been problems my partner has been having with PETCO. On Wednesday, March 11th, my partner had spoken to someone from the PETCO Store in New Port Richy, about Ferrets, when my partner had spoken to one of the associates at PETCO, they had told him that the Ferrets were on sale from $169.99 to $149.99 and had told him that when he got to PETCO this week, regardless of the price, they would give him the ferret at the price they had told him [$149.99]. Today March 13th, I had spoken to the New Port Richy Store about the ferrets, and first spoke with [Mike] at about 8:10 pm then he transferred me to the Manager [Jonathon] and after they told my partner that they would give him the ferret at the price it was on [Wednesday March 11th] they come back and told me which was the manager [Jonathon] that they will not give my partner the ferret at the price that they said that they would give it to him for. Then they told me [which they did not tell my partner] that is was a one day special ONLY. We were both looking forward to getting this ferret until you New Port Richy Store Associates had screwed around with both of our heads. Since this problem was caused, by them, we should be able to get the ferret at the price they told him. They had done nothing but caused problems for my partner and myself. As for my Partner and myself, if this does not get straightened out, we will never shop at any of your PETCO stores EVER AGAIN, and will tell both of our Families about how rude your Associates are.....Thank You My Partners name is Lewis
