Original Comment My husband and I decided to order pizza for dinner tonight. I got online to find closest place for delivery. He likes Pizza Hut, so I decided to order online for delivery. Put in our address, and found our delivery location...placed order, got confirmation email...a few minutes later, I get a call..its Pizza Hut, but different location.. I was told my order had been transferred to them, and delivery time was 1 1/2 hrs. Instead of the 45 minute from place ordered from..he asked if that would be ok??? Ummm, NO!!! I just went thru this about a month ago with same situation.. So, I call the location that was listed as my delivery location...tell this guy that I had just went thru this same scenario not long ago, and indeed they had delivered to my house.. He told me they don't deliver to my address, and the driver would not get paid due to out of their area....well, excuse me Pizza Hut....your driver did deliver to my home from location on your site...Unfortunately, I will have to choose a new pizza place... You have lost me as a customer, and I'm sure with word of mouth, you will lose a lot more......maybe you need to update your website to give correct info!!!!! As a business owner, my experience will be shared with MANY people"........
