Original Comment If You Have A Phone That You Give Or Sell To Someone, That Person Should Be Able To Activate That Phone On Their Own Account Unless Someone Reports The Esn Number Stolen.<br /> Gave My Phone To A Friend And Because The Phone Was Inactive Under My Account, The Phone Had To Be Removed So I Call Net10 Customer Svc. They Were Processing My Request And I Kept Asking Them If This Was Going To Mess Up My Account, They Kept Telling Me No. They Needed My Password To Authorized Them To Remove The Phone Which Never Happened, But What Did Happen Was That They Changed And Used The Account I Created For My Friend And All Of My Phones Including The One I Gave Her. I Was Able To Get My Account Back Under My Name By Going In Under My Friends Email. The Phone Was Activated On 4/24/2015 And She Bought 1 Month 30 Days Of Service And Today She Got An Email Welcoming Her To Net10 And Now She Only Has 10 Minutes Left On A Phone That She Paid $40.00 Dollars To Have For A Month. Your Feedback Customer Service Doesn't Have A Clue Either. I Think They Had A Hand In Reducing My Friend Air Time To Just 10 Minutes<br /> Your Customer Service People Need To Be Trained For The 21st Century And It Should Be Easier To Give Someone A Phone And Have Them Activate It As Long As They Pay For It. If The Phone Is Stolen, Someone Should Report The Esn So Net 10 Is Aware And The Phone Won't Be Activated. Once You Get The Service, It's Great But When You Have Issues Like This That Should Be So Easy To Handle And Make It So Difficult And Time Consuming, Something Is Wrong And You (net10) Need To Change The Way You Do Business For The Better. I Could Write A Book And It Would Be A Best Seller. Your Customers Have Really Legitimate Complaints And You Need Some Educated Person That Unserstands And Knows How To Handle Issues Like These. Now I Just Wait For Some Kind Of Payback For This Comment. I Gave My Phone Number For Net 10 To Call Me And They Told Me They Have No Phones To Contact Customers. Still Waiting For Corporate To Call Me
