Original Comment My husband and I have been getting prescriptions for 10 years at our local Sam's club pharmacy at Northsight Rd in Scottsdale Az. This year we have been having nothing but trouble with them Charging for drugs covered under insurance. Our latest was being charged for diabetic supplies covered under Medicare Part B. We were told we had not paid our deductible. called Medicare which said our deductible was paid. Manager Ace said come and get the amount back. We go back two days later and the manager Chris says we have to go to the pharmacy. The rude girl,Zeluma, in the pharmacy says we are wrong and is extremely rude to me and the manager allows that. We could not believe it -10 years and over 3000 dollars of prescriptions each year. We only went to Sam's because my wife is from the South and everyone was so nice before. Now we will go to Cotsco where the prices are cheaper and hopefully the service better.
