Sorry but worse customer service I have ever encountered. I pay my mom's bill and I did not realize that my online bill pay was paying into an old cricket account(legacy) and not the new cricket account for a total of $308. I was told numerous times to get the money switched to the new cricket through a migration of funds and when the credit came through I would be able to have the money refunded back to my bank account. Now I find out that cricket won't refund the money because the money was switched over from the old cricket. My bank can not do a reversal of charges in this case. I was told over and over after dealing with rude sometimes unhelpful people, including supervisors to just switch over the money and then ask for the refund. They lied. I don't want another month of service much less 13 months. This is ridiculous. I want my money that is righfully mine back. Don't lie and mislead your customers and then hide behind policy. Where is the customer service? I have never felt this powerless to resolve an issue when dealing with a company in my entire life.
