I am writing to express my concerns about my online order was place on November 30, 2015. I am highly upset with the online customer service / delivery and installation department experienced I have been receiving since December 3, 2015. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely poor customer service during my calls, which took place on December3, 2015 and December 7, 2015.I was called that my merchandise will be delivered and installed on Friday December 3, 2015. <br /> However that never happen, I took the day off work which cause me to<br /> lose a full day of work. I stayed on the phone with customer service for almost 4 hours and speaking to 8 different associates that day from Kmart/ Sears. I just could not believe that here I am calling to check on status of my order and why was item NOT delivered when promise. After speaking with the last person in customer service I was given another day for delivery and installation which was on yesterday. (December 7, 2015)<br /> My husband stayed from work that day to be there for merchandised to be deliver however again no call and no show. I just could not believe a huge company will NOT inform customers if installer/ delivery person cannot make it to appointment on that day. What the purpose of retrieving telephone and email contact information. I was at work yesterday when my husband called and said baby Kmart have not arrived yet. <br /> I immediately called Kmart again but after speaking to 6 different customer service associates and 3 managers after being bounce around like a ball in a playground my problem was still not able to be solve. The said part was how I had to explain the situation to each and every person I was transferred to some got call and did not know how I reached them. I was told that the installer declined my appointment, I did not order installation (clearing I paid for installation and its on attached order), and Kmart/Sears do not make outgoing calls. :( I am very disappointed in Sears/ Kmart on top of that I still have not received my merchandise after speaking with almost 17 employees from Kmart/Sears.<br /> <br /> I am still left without my desired product. I have shopped at Sears/ Kmart many times and have never experienced an incident like this one. It was extremely disheartening that I could not receive the assistance I was politely requesting and ultimately still have not received my merchandise I purchase on November 30, 2015.<br /> I hope to hear back from you about this incident soon.
