Original Comment do you train your employe's? Today I rented a car from Klamath falls to go to Portland. A 300 mile trip in snowy wet conditions. your empolye gave me a car she said would drive just fine. Well it wasn't. I went a whole 19 miles ' it took over two hours to leave the car rental place and get back to it' because the car was not a car I should have been driving. It was scary & dangerous. I could not keep it on the road , the tries were not all wheather, the car was a calif. Not the right tires, no trackion I was charged $50 for 3 hours & 23min use. Train your empolyees..
