Original Comment I paid my Sam's membership 12/5/2015-which was credited in error to my Wal-mart account-I paid it again on 12/18/2015. I checked yesterday to see that it had again been credited to my Wa-lmart account. I don't know how a check made out to Sam's Club and sent to the address on Sam's billing stub along with the stub gets to the wrong account. After long discussion with Syncrony Bank, the money was transferred to Sam's. I called my local Sa's to be sure my account was not discontinued since the payment was late through no fault of mine and was told by customer service that I would have to come to the store for that info. She does have the info. If she doesn't have membership info to give me on the phone, I don't know how she will have it when I come to Sam's which is 2 hours away.
