I don't care about the color issues going on in this feed. I don't, I'm white my husband is black this country has issues that aren't going to be solved anytime soon. I care about customer service bottom line. I debated writing this because, I'm done at Sam's so no matter what the out come (listen or don't listen, change or don't change) I have had one to many bad experiencing trying to spend my money at Sam's Club to continue the madness. Here is what I want retailers to know. You need me, you need all of your customers. Without us you don't need to stock the shelves or train employees or even open your doors. Stop treating us like inconveniences that get in the way of doing your business. WE ARE YOUR BUSINESS. For my part I will stop whoring myself out to the best price and gladly pay what it's worth to be treated like a valued customer. I would highly recommend that all consumers start doing the same. Pick yourself up off the black Friday floor, unclench the weekly sale flyer and hold tight to your dollar until the establishment your in values your business. That's what I did today. I left 20 items at the Sam's Club check out for reasons I won't go into and I just left. It was liberating.
