Original Comment I was just hired at savers in the Rochester NY area. I took a early retirement from a suburban School to finish my Masters degree. Well I trained approximately 2 hrs in sorting but my main job was intake of donations. The general manager cut my hrs. when I asked my immediate supervisor if there was some thing I did wrong she answered "no I don't understand why your hours got cut". The next day a employee got arrested for stealing from your company. Why are you not running a criminal background and drug testing checks before hiring. Just what type of people do you want working at Savers? Criminals? Drug addicts? Excuse me maybe I don't fit in but I am suspecting and will pursue age an discrimination case if I don't get a reply or reason for my "dismissal".
