Original Comment Ordered pizza at 6:07 pm online to be delivered at 7:30 pm. It is 8:00 pm right now and we still don't have pizza. It doesn't take 1.5 hours to cook and another 30 minutes to deliver. This is totally unacceptable. Called the store and talked to the manager, Adam. He was very rude, unapologetic, confrontational. I have never had any problem with any other restaurants than Pizza Hut. HORRIBLE.<br /> <br /> This is the second time I have had issue with the same Pizza hut problem. I will have to share my experience with social media and let them know not to order from Pizza Hut and especially not to deal with managers.<br /> <br /> I expect 100% refund. I will not accept any other excuses from the corporate or the store. Apparently Pizza Hut in general is too dumb to understand how to service customer in professional manner and Pizza Hut is not worried about their reputation. EXCELLENTO!
