Original Comment I have a complaint. I ordered 4 chairs and tried to cancel the order. I was told that if it's past the hour you can't cancel. I didn't see anything stating this when I put the order in. I also called the freight company and told them I couldn't use this furniture since it was to big for my house. Now I find out I'm being charged for shipping it to me when I never received it or saw what it looked like. I also found out the freight company only picked up 3 item not 4 as ordered and I'm still being charged for 4 items. I'm am totally upset with the way this was handled. I will never order anything from Sam's again.
